I so love your painting style. How do you make those gaps so eloquent?
Hello Kes, the gaps are important but I don’t think about most of them when I’m doing it, only the marks. I suppose the gaps are made by the edges of the brushstrokes – and sometimes they are part of the picture talking back to me, or becoming itself.
